What is the airport shuttle fee per person

Dear Guest, at the moment we have suspended the shuttle service, will be available at the beginning of september. Price will be 50 euro (total not per person) for a sedan car suitable for 2/3 plus handluggages. For other requests feel free to ask

What floor is the superior king suite on? Is it possible to sit on the balcony?

1 floor small balcony just for smoking people no possibility to place table or chairs there.

yes every room has a safe and there is no extra charge to use them

We want to book a king suite in 5-8 May, but we will arrive after 1 am at night. Your check in lasts only until 20 pm. Can you arrange late check in?

We can arrange late check in after 01:00 am but with an extra cost of 50 euro. Normally we don't go later than 23:00/00:00.

it is decorative, for safety reasons (this was a private apartment in origin) can not be activated.

There are two airports in Rome, depends which one is served from your departure city.

Before 10:30 there is no one here to welcom you, drop the luggages and so on. We open 10:30

Hi, our flight arrives at 1am. Do you have shuttle service from the airport for two ppand how much? Do you charge extra for checking in at around 3am?

Our check in closes at 20:00 we can extend it maximum at 2:00 not later knowing it with 48h advance. Using our shuttle service that late is mandatory. Price for the shuttle service starts from 70€ up to 90 for a minivan Late check in extra is 50&euro

Is there laundry , washing machine available ?

Only in our apartment Urban Retreat. All the other suites are without washing machine. No laudry we are a b&b and not an hotel

It says no smoking but this room has a balcony and on the table is an ashtray. So is it possible to smoke in the balcony or not ? Thank you

60 euro is the price for 2 people. Price depends on the type of car, according to the number of ppl as well, i.e. a minivan is 70 or van 90.

Dear Madam, i can not confirm you the price without dates, we got no "Superior" king suite. We got "Deluxe" and "King" Deluxe got balcony but is not suitable for 3 people King is suitable for 3 people but got no balcony Kind regards Giuseppe

Great stay, great location!
Lovely room, spotlessly clean with a nice balcony. Locations was fantastic, walking distance to all major attractions. Staff were great and gave us some fantastic recommendations.

Recommend it for people who enjoy silence and discreet location
The location is very private yet very close to points of interests, the staff very friendly, the room spacious and a very clean bathroom with enough amenities. The view was also really nice and access to a common small kitchen can indeed make your life better, especially with some free italian coffee. I also appreciated that I could leave my luggage until 19 o'clock
The location wasn't really highlighted on the street level so it took me some time to find it, a more detailed information regarding the location would solve that problem because of course I also appreciate discreet design. Maybe 10:30 is a bit early to check out but it was compensated with the possibility of letting the luggage in the hall until 19 o'clock

The room was spaceful. The hospitality and the conditions were very good.
Everything was good however it would be more practical if the breakfast was included.

Really enjoyed the room the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean
not so close to the city centre It was very difficult to find where to do check in The shower's water was week
